Pfeifer Family Taco Pie
Ingredients
- 1 tube crescent rolls
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 package taco seasoning powder
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup Borden® Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese
- 2 cups crushed taco chips
Directions
Brown hamburger, and drain fat. Add taco mix and _ cup water. Cook until most of moisture has evaporated. Meat is done at 150° to 165°. Lay crescent rolls, sealing the edges, on the bottom and up the sides of a 9 x 9 baking dish.
Put 1 cup of taco chips on top of rolls; spread meat mixture, then sour cream, then top with BordenÆ Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Put one cup of taco chips on top, and bake 5 minutes more.
