Southwest Bacon Cheddar Burger
Ingredients
- 2 slices Applewood Bacon Cheddar
- 2 Prepared hamburger patties
- 4 Prepared onion rings
- 2 Hamburger buns
- 2 Slices red onion
- 2 Slices tomato
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 TBS creamy horseradish
- 2 tsp ketchup
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp oregano
Directions
Toast hamburger buns. Assemble hamburger onto buns with Borden's Applewood Bacon Cheddar cheese slices melted on top. Dress with prepared onion rings, red onion, and tomato. Set aside. Mix mayo, horseradish, ketchup, paprika and oregano together and slather generously onto hamburger buns. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
